The questions we hear most.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare and Medicaid, Cigna, and Humana. Please contact our office to verify if we accept your specific insurance plan.
Do I need an appointment?
For urgent care, no — walk in any time during open hours. For primary care, scheduling is faster but we accommodate same-day when we can.
What's the average wait?
Most urgent care visits are completed within 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the condition and treatment needed.
Do you treat children?
Yes — pediatric care is one of our service lines. Same physicians for the whole family from newborn through adult.
Can I see results online?
Yes. Lab results post to the patient portal usually within 24 hours, often same-day for in-house tests.
